Sail San Blas, Colombia & Panama with 'Jacqueline'The largest catamaran sailing Panama, San Blas, Colombia
Jacqueline San Blas sailboat at 56 ft is still the largest catamaran offering trips between Colombia, Panama and San Blas. The boat has space for 16 passengers in doubles, triples plus beds in the main saloon area as well.
We know this boat well, and its pretty good. Colombian captain Andre has been in charge of the boat since late 2014. He is keen to show you a great time and goes out of his way to provide a good trip. They have a permanent cook who hardly ever gets complaints. You can take your own alcohol and there is ice and some refrigeration on-board. The boat is normally quite reliable with their departures as well. The trip is 4 nights in total with passengers departing in the morning of the 5th day. Generally you will spend two and a half days in San Blas.
The feedback we receive is usually positive, however there have been complaints about the upkeep of the boat in the past. Previously operating 4 trips a month with large groups of people was taking its toll. Another complaint is that with 20 on-board it is too crowded. Captain Andre has been addressing these issues so the boat now only sails on 3 trips each month with smaller group sizes.
